Favorite Thing about UNK: People know each other, everywhere you go, there is always someone to say ‘hello’ to! 

Favorite Involvement at UNK:  Greek Life is hands down my favorite! I have been able to get to know and network with so many different people. Through it, I've been given so many amazing and rewarding opportunities.

In 10 years, I …: I plan on getting my Master's degree in Student Affairs and applying it to work at a college campus. So hopefully in 10 years I'll still be at UNK!

UNK Involvement: Works at the Welcome Desk and for the NU Foundation, Honors Program, Friends Program, Loper Liasons and Intramurals 

Favorite Candy Bar: Midnight Milky Way 

Why I chose UNK: I chose to transfer to UNK, from UNL because of the size of the campus and the classes. 

Favorite think about UNK: It is a tie between Kindergarten Day in the Market @ 27th Street (our cafeteria) and the friendly professors and advisors. 

In 10 years, I …: I see myself spending a month long vacation on a beach with my cat. I deserve this vacation because of my successful accounting career & its benefits back in Nebraska.

Favorite thing about UNK: I like the freedom on campus. It’s nice when you are able to feel right at home even when you aren't 

In 10 years, I…: I see myself smiling because no matter how bad things get I've seen how far a smile and a positive attitude can take you. 

Why I chose UNK:  I choose UNK because there are a lot of successful people in my town that went here and I too wanted to share in that success. I felt that if UNK could give them the tools to succeed then it can also catapult me to success.

Why did you choose UNK?
To play soccer.  But stayed because everyone is friendly.

The people.  Everyone seems to get a long.  Met so many new friends my first year.
