Preparing for your Face-to-Face Appointment
In order to protect the health and safety for all, our staff will be wearing masks and gloves during  face-to-face scheduled support session.  We request that you also wear a mask and practice appropriate social distancing during the visit.  

If you are unable to wear a mask, we will ask you to reschedule, schedule a remote session, or leave the room during the visit.

If you are uncomfortable with our staff visiting in person, please let us know ASAP and we will provide you support remotely via our support tools.

Note: We are unable to change passwords through email or the ITS Service Request due to security concerns. Please phone the UNK Helpdesk if you need help changing a password.
