UNK is using Outlook as its official Campus email. Outlook is part of the Microsoft 365 Education package.
Microsoft 365 for Education is a subscription service that allows you to collaborate and share your work. Microsoft 365 subscription allows access to Microsoft applications and online productivity services like built-in instant messaging, voice and video chat, tasks, mobile access, spam and virus protection.
Once students are enrolled in a class, an email account is assigned to them. It may take a day of so after the enrolment for an email account to be assigned. All UNK official notifications are emailed to students' UNK email account. It is important to check this account frequently.
The day after you enrolled for your classes, find your email address by logging into your MyBlue account at https://myblue.unk.edu and click on Email Address link located in the Profile section in the left menu.
When entering your UNK password, does it indicate your password is incorrect?
If you know your UNK password is correct and you are using the integrated mail apps such as Gmail for Android and Mail App on iOS on your mobile device, it may continue to ask you for your UNK password and indicate your password is incorrect.
