The Outstanding Accounting Educator Award for 2024 Goes to UNK’s Dr. Sarah Borchers

Dr. Sarah Borchers of UNK will receive the 2024 Outstanding Accounting Educator Award from Nebraska’s Society of CPAs on October 29th. Known for her experiential teaching and extensive research, Dr. Borchers has significantly contributed to accounting education. Her dedication extends beyond the classroom, involving curriculum development and mentoring. This award also includes a $3,000 scholarship in her name, awarded to UNK student Carolyn Zamora-Saenz. Congratulations, Dr. Borchers!
