Jaime credits her involvement in the Beta Alpha Psi accounting honorary society as well as her semester studying abroad in Peru in helping her identify her future career path.

Her involvement with the UNK Outdoor Adventure Program also allowed her to be challenged in many different ways. Jaime encourages freshman to not be afraid to try new things, and study abroad. It's a must-have experience that will change your life!

  • Beta Alpha Psi Beta Alpha Psi is an honorary organization for Financial Information students and professionals. The primary objective of Beta Alpha Psi is to encourage and give recognition to scholastic and professional excellence in the business information field.
  • William L. Bauhard Student Managed Investment Program Students at the University of Nebraska at Kearney gain real-world investment experience before they graduate. Many students today use online simulations to learn about investing, but with the use of the Bauhard Investment Program Fund, undergraduate students in the field of study have the opportunity to use actual funds to make and monitor real investments.
  • Ag Business Club Provides students opportunities beyond the classroom and expands professional and personal experiences within agriculture.
  • Supply Chain Management Organization This organization provides students opportunities to network with supply chain management professionals and prospective employers. In addition, members will be able to participate in industry tours and learn about internship and scholarship opportunities.
