Housing Options

Pick the contract that makes the most sense to you

Stay 365 Contract: This is an ideal option for students that are wanting to stay in Kearney over the 2026 Summer in order to keep steady employment, engage in research, or simply have a place to stay for the summer. This contract runs from May 8, 2026 thru May 7, 2027. Students wanting this option have priority in our Antelope/Nester suites. The option also is available to Martin & Armstrong residents (prioritized housing for Fraternity and Sorority Life) to help reduce overall cost of housing for those members. Summer rates are reduced for our returning students to $50 a month and meal plans are optional in the summer months. Space is limited and will be filled with communities that are able to fill the entire suite and prioritized based on contract sign date.

2026-2027 Academic Year Contract: This is a great option for students that are planning to go home or work somewhere else for the summer but want to return to a familiar place with your friends. This contract runs from Aug 21, 2026 - May 7, 2027. Students wanting this option have priority for singles in Mens, Towers, Mantor, and Randall Halls while space lasts.
