Group and Team Performance Training

Gain a competitive edge! Loper Performance provides a group and team performance training model that has been proven to reduce injury risk and enhance performance. Our performance training programs are designed to develop specific athletic qualities at the optimal times. All athletes will receive initial training and performance evaluations to identify strengths and weaknesses.

Additionally, all performance training sessions will be led by our certified strength and conditioning specialist (National Strength and Conditioning Association) who has experience working with athletes at the youth, collegiate, professional, and Olympic levels of sport.
