Speed School

Want to get faster, jump higher and farther?

Speed and power are key for athletic success; it can be what separates great athletes from elite ones!  At Loper Performance we pride ourselves on developing speed and power through technique, application of technique, and competition in a fun and safe environment.

Our power and speed school is designed for middle school and high school aged athletes.  We introduce the importance of proper running mechanics, acceleration-based training, top-end speed training, and power training.  Within our middle school groups we incorporate application-based competition and games to make it even more enjoyable, while still using methods utilized by the most respected coaches and training institutions in the country.  All athletes will receive initial training and performance evaluations related to speed to identify strengths and weaknesses.  This will aid in the creation of athletic profiles for each of our athletes.
