Speed School

Looking to develop game-changing speed that elevates athletes from good to elite?

Speed and agility are key to athletic success and can be what separates great athletes from elite ones.

At Loper Performance, we pride ourselves on developing speed and agility through proper technique and drilling, applying that technique in a game speed environment, competition within each session to bolster competitive drive, and allowing athletes to showcase their hard work!

Our Speed School is designed for middle school and high school-aged athletes (MUST BE AGES 12-18). Within the program, we will break speed and agility into three components: Acceleration & Drive, Maximum Velocity (Top Speed), and Change of Direction. Compartmentalizing speed and agility into these components allows for a full breakdown of what it means to be fast and allows each aspect of game speed to be developed while also introducing the importance of proper running mechanics. Every athlete begins with a comprehensive speed-focused testing battery. These baseline metrics guide programming and provide a clear reference for evaluating improvement in all the components of speed and agility.
