High School Athletic Development

Looking to take your training to the next level???

This program is designed for the high school-aged athlete (MUST BE AGES 14-18) that is serious about developing aspects of athleticism such as POWER, SPEED, AGILITY, JUMPING, and INJURY PREVENTION. Our program has been proven to increase aspects of performance such as vertical, speed, agility, & speed of force production, all attributes contributing to high athletic performance. All athletes will receive initial testing and evaluations to identify their strengths and weaknesses, along with understanding their athletic goals. Athletes will be re-evaluated at the conclusion of the program to measure growth and performance.

The focus on this program will be to take weaknesses from pre-testing and designing a program that will turn them into strengths, while also aligning with their athletic goals. This is accomplished by a personalized resistance training program tailored to each athlete’s needs. Speed training is also incorporated into this program to improve overall traditional speed & agility, as well as the crossover to actual game speed. The athlete-to-coach ratio will remain low to ensure proper technique is practiced and each athlete’s needs are fulfilled. We pride ourselves on keeping our athlete-to-coach ratio low, usually 1 to 3 athletes per coach.  This allows us to design workouts specifically for their performance goals relative to their individual athletic and sport demands. Our program is an excellent choice for the off-season athlete preparing for the upcoming season or the in-season athlete trying to maintain their edge.
