High School Athletic Development

This program is designed for the high school aged athlete that wants to supplement summer weightlifting at school. We will focus on POWER, SPEED, AGILITY, JUMPING and INJURY PREVENTION.  Our program has been proven to increase aspects of performance such as vertical, speed, agility, & speed of force production, all attributes contributing to high athletic performance.  All athletes will receive initial training and evaluations to identify strengths and weaknesses.  Athletes will be reevaluated at the conclusion of the program to measure growth and performance. 

Focus in this class will be to improve strength, power, mobility, conditioning, endurance, balance, jumping and landing. Speed training is also incorporated into this program to improve overall speed, agility, cutting ability, and change of direction (NOTE: no additional need for athletes to register separately for the Speed School training program). Athlete to coach ratio will remain low to ensure proper technique is practiced.

Ages: 14 – 18 yrs. (MUST be entering High School in Fall 2024) 
Dates: June 3 – August 1 2024
Days: 2-day Program: Monday & Wednesday OR 4-day Program: Monday – Thursday
Times: 3:00pm – 4:00pm
Cost: $190 for 8-week, 2-day program, $350 for 8-week, 4-day program

NOTE: Training sessions will NOT be held during the week of July 4th (7/1 – 7/4)
