Registrar's Office Mission Statement

The Office of the University Registrar, also known as the Registrar's Office, exists to provide and continually improve academic support services for the University of Nebraska at Kearney; including the creation, maintenance, preservation and transmission of student academic records, course related data and information relevant to the academic policies of the institution; and to serve the needs of the students, both current and former, by providing quality service, timely response to requests for information and convenient access to services. To this end, the Office will utilize the available technology to deliver services and information in an efficient manner. Central to these responsibilities is the need to maintain record security and privacy. The Office of the University Registrar subscribes to the highest ethical principles of our profession and strives to serve the university with honesty, integrity and accuracy.
