Why the Nebraska Safety Center?

  • Customized curriculum
  • Created by professionals in the field
  • Online self paced course

The course is a 4-hour online training course covering all requirements set forth through the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).

ELDT is required for anyone who is obtaining a Class B CDL for the first time

Course Structure - The Class B portion is set up in six modules totaling to a four-hour video with each module having an end of module quiz requiring an 80% passing score. At the end of the Class B there will be a comprehensive exam; the driver will need an 80% passing score. Two attempts will be allowed for the final comprehensive test. If you do not pass within those two attempts with 80% or above, you will not receive a course refund and must register and pay for the course again.

Once registration and payment have been received you will receive further information on how to access the training.

When the course has been completed, we will enter the information into the FMCSA website for the completion of ELDT Class B Theory Training. *
