Your MyBLUE account is the most important tool you will have as a UNK student and is available immediately following your application for admission.
Login requires your 8-digit NUID# and your TrueYou password. Create your password. If you need help, contact the UNK Help Desk at support@nebraska.edu.
Duo Mobile is a two-factor approval system to access MyBLUE and student dashboards. Follow the steps to Enroll in Two-Factor Authentication.
Duo Mobile must be set up on the student's personal phone. If it is linked to a parents device, our Help Desk can assist in changing that.
Living on campus is optional for National Exchange Students. Complete your contract as soon as possible and contact the Office of Residence Life if you have questions.
Students who live in residence halls during the academic year (fall and spring semesters) are required to have a meal plan.

UNK uses Microsoft 365 for student email. You will be assigned a “LoperMail” email account prior to enrolling for classes.
The password is the same password you use to log into MyBLUE. Check your UNK email account frequently throughout your entire time at UNK.
Your UNK ID is your key to campus and access to services, buildings, athletics, events, library card and more. You can also purchase items using Loper Dollars.
A student ID card will be issued when you arrive on campus. You must appear in person to obtain your ID at the Nebraskan Student Union, suite 142G. To assist the process, submit your photo online.
After your application is complete, the National Student Exchange Coordinator will email you the name and contact information of your UNK academic advisor. You will register for classes during General Registration.
Work with you home academic advisor to select courses to take while at UNK, Review UNK’s Online Class Schedule, Course Catalog, and Registration Timetable.
Students pay in-state resident rate tuition and fees directly to the host campus, and no tuition is paid to the home campus. For eligible students exchanging under Host Payment, federal financial aid is awarded by, and disbursed from your home campus.
FAFSA: On your FAFSA form, list the FAFSA code for your home campus (UNK’s FAFSA Code #002551).
Student pay their normal tuition and fees to their home campus, and no tuition is paid to the host campus. For eligible students exchanging under Home Payment, federal financial aid is awarded by, and disbursed from the home campus. College Work Study aid will not be available for students away on exchange, however non-CWS employment may be available.
FAFSA: If exchanging under Home Payment, list only the FAFSA code for your home campus. Do not list the FAFSA code for your exchange site(s). This could result in an over-award and financial aid errors.
Keep in mind that payment options vary from campus to campus and it is a good idea to contact you campus National Student Exchange coordinator to learn which options are available to you and which option is best for you.

Official UNK transcripts can be requested through the Office of the University Registrar. Transcripts serve as the official record of study and detail what classes you completed, the grades you earned, dates attended, majors and minors awarded, and your overall GPA.

Pay off your student account, say good-bye to new friends and your advisor, take photographs, enjoy a final all the UNK & the City of Kearney has to office one last time.
