Stellic Advisor Training Resources
The student profile provides basic student information. Including degree programs, catalog year, GPA, student tags, and advisors.
Empower students to create a personalized roadmap to complete their degree. It includes all completed, currently enrolled, and future planned courses by term.
Access information about enrolled and completed classes, transfer credit, and admission test scores. Course, term, and cumulative information is provided.
The degree audit provides in-depth detail of student progress in completing program and institutional requirements. The audit includes registered and planned courses that are used to satisfy requirements, outlining remaining courses and requirements needed for degree completion.
The program search features program information including degree requirements, audits, and pathways.
The course search feature allows users to search for course offerings and view detailed course information.
Pathways are example templates for students or advisors, showing how a program or combination of programs could be completed with courses laid out by term.
Milestones are non-course requirements needed for a student’s degree program or activities.
Users can download a PDF of a student’s audit for evaluation.
With saved and tracked reporting advisors can save any set of search criteria as a saved report. Tracked reporting provides dynamic data and manual reports capture static data.

Advisors can communicate with their advisees using the messaging feature in Stellic.
Advisors can add notes to a student’s record to log meetings, make referrals, share concerns, provide kudos, or simply add general notes and reminders.
