Focus 2 provides reliable information to help you explore occupations, choose a major offered at UNK, make informed decisions for your future.

View this list of majors and minors to explore all the programs offered at UNK. If this feels overwhelming, one strategy is to print the document and cross out any major that does not interest you. Then, review the remaining options.
Review the Undergraduate Course Catalog for majors that interest you. Click on Programs A-Z for a list of all undergraduate majors, minors, and certificates. Each major will show a list of required courses and a four-year plan to complete the major.
Search for additional program details by visiting the department webpage. Type the name of the major in the search bar and review the information provided, or you can view a listing of all academic departments.

UNK has over 150 clubs and organizations, many of which are associated with certain majors or departments. View a full list of organizations on LoperLinks and attend a club meeting. Talk with other students to learn more about the major.
Career fairs are a great way to meet representatives from different types of employers, learn about internships and full-time positions, and discover exciting opportunities within a career field. Each semester, Academic Advising and Career Development hosts two fairs: the Education Opportunities Fair and the Career & Internship Fair.
