The teenage and pubertal years are an important time for young athletes to begin transitioning to a more structured training environment to enhance athletic development while adjusting to a rapidly changing body.
Focus in this class will be to improve strength, power, mobility, conditioning, endurance, balance, jumping and landing. Speed training is also incorporated into this program to improve overall speed, agility, cutting ability, and change of direction (NOTE: no additional need for athletes to register separately for the Speed School training program). Athlete to coach ratio will remain low to ensure proper technique is practiced.
Ages: 8 – 13 yrs.
Dates: June 3 – August 1, 2024
2-day Program: Monday and Wednesday OR 4-day Program: Monday – Thursday
Times: 1:00pm – 2:00pm
Cost: $95 for 8-week, 2-day program, $175 for 8-week, 4-day program
NOTE: Training sessions will NOT be held the week of July 4th (7/1 – 7/4)
