Title of the Research Study

It is important for prospective subjects of the research to be aware of the title of the research even if the title is highly scientific.  In order to facilitate maintenance of records, the same title should be used on the IRB application, the Consent Forms, and all accompanying documents.  Should the researcher require to modify the title, a Change of Protocol must be submitted to the IRB.
