Storage of Consent Forms

Unless otherwise specified by federal and/or state regulations, signed copes of consent forms must be retained for a period of at least three years beyond the termination of the study.  If the investigator leaves the University of Nebraska at Kearney before the end of the designated period, informed consent forms must be maintained by the department of record unless otherwise specified.
