Departments with online or graduate programs planning to travel to conferences or other events to recruit students to their programs are asked to notify the Office of Graduate Studies and Academic Innovation to receive back-end support and help tracking the efficacy of your recruitment efforts. Recruitment Travel Funding Request Form
Everyone on campus is encouraged to make their events more accessible by live streaming the event on a digital platform. Efforts like this help ensure distance students feel connected to campus and help campus students who otherwise could not physically attend your event benefit from it. If you are hosting an event with a distance attendance option, please notify our office for assistance in promoting the event to online students. We also can help you live stream your event. For assistance, please reach out at least four weeks before the event is scheduled.
