In addition to receiving your physical diploma, the university provides graduates with the ability to download and share their digital diploma. Upon completion of their degree, graduates will receive an email to electronically ‘Claim’ their diploma.
May 2024 graduates and forward will receive an email to their @lopers.unk.edu email account when digital diplomas become available. This email will be sent a few weeks following the date of commencement. Follow the link in the email to register for your CeDiploma account and download your free CeDiploma. With account access, you will have unlimited free downloads of your digital diploma.

July 2021 to December 2023 graduates may only obtain their Parchment digital diploma if they retain access to their UNK email address. If they have lost access and wish to reactivate their UNK email address, they may contact UNK IT at 308-865-8363 to initiate a General Counsel Request, which may grant them temporary access. Otherwise, graduates may wish to request an alternate testament of their degree completion such as an official UNK transcript, printed replacement diploma, or verification letter.
Graduates prior to July 2021 do not have the option for a digital diploma, but may request a physical replacement diploma by visiting: Replacement Diploma Request Form
Your digital diploma will continue to be available to you through your CeDiploma account. You can log in again and again to download and share at no cost to you.
