Spring and Summer 2020 Commencement Information
UNK spring and summer 2020 graduates will participate in a first-ever combined commencement at UNK Health and Sports Center on July 31.
The combined spring and summer exercises gives the opportunity for May 2020 graduates to join in a celebration ceremony and walk across the stage. All May 2020 graduates will be listed in a traditional spring commencement program that will be sent to you in the mail.
Chancellor Kristensen:
"College commencement is one of the greatest moments in a person’s life. We need to honor that moment for our UNK graduates and the family and loved ones who supported our graduates on their academic path. It's also a tremendous moment for our faculty and staff to be recognized for the contributions they’ve made to these students’ individual success."

Additional Information and Special Accommodations
The doors to the Health and Sports Center will open at 8:00 a.m. the morning of commencement. Tickets are not required for UNK commencement ceremonies. Please refer to the Special Accommodations page for more information on seating for individuals who use wheelchairs and other special accommodations. Standing at the rails in the arena concourse is not allowed.
