Rehearsal for Commencement is 3:00 p.m. July 30 at Foster Field. This rehearsal is required for all students who plan to march in the ceremony. Face coverings and social distancing are required for all students.

To support current safety protocol, the combined Spring and Summer Commencement Ceremony is being planned as an outdoor event at Foster Field. (The backup location, if needed due to inclement weather, will be the Health and Sports Center.) Also, please note that face coverings and physical distancing will be required of all students and guests. All graduating students will receive a Loper mask prior to the commencement ceremony.

Also, in support of current safety protocol, students are asked to limit the number of guests to no more than four persons. A livestream overflow option will be provided in the Fine Arts Recital Hall for additional guests beyond the four-per-student limit, and guests who are unable to attend in person may watch the ceremony via livestream or view the recording later via the posting on UNK’s website.

***Please be mindful of the fact that the required safety protocol noted above is current as of this date. If changes in protocol occur – whether allowing greater leniency or calling for greater caution – announcements will be made accordingly.***
