Graduate School Agreements
The UNK Cyber Systems Department has agreements with graduate school programs for automatic acceptance of Cyber Systems students.
- UNL-CSE will offer fast-track admission to UNK-CYBR students at the end of their junior year who have a 3.65 GPA or higher.
- The GRE requirement will be waived for fast-track admission.
- Reimbursement of the UNL application fee will be granted to students that join UNL after fast track admission.
- Recommendation letters will be required with all fast-track applications.
- KSU-CIS will offer fast-track admission to UNK-CYBR students at the end of their junior year who have a 3.65 GPA or higher.
- The GRE requirement will be waived for fast-track admission.
- Reimbursement of the KSU application fee will be granted to students that successful complete at least a semester in CIS at KSU after fast-track admission.
- Recommendation letters and transcripts will be required with all fast-track applications.
- CS students will normally be considered for the MS-CS program.
UNK Cyber Systems graduates have also completed graduate degrees at numerous other schools, including the University of Wisconsin, Notre Dame University, Purdue University, the University of Indiana, the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and the University of Texas at Austin.
