The UNK Health Center offers preventive care services, as well as treatment for common and chronic illnesses.

Services include

• Injury and illness care (e.g., respiratory infections, stomach illnesses and strains)
• Simple procedures (e.g., treatment of warts or removal of ingrown toenails)
• Physical exams (wellness, sports and travel physicals)
• Psychiatric evaluation, education and medication management
• Lab testing
• Immunizations

Physical Exams

Taking care of your health starts with understanding your body through regular physical exams. These exams may also be called well-checks, annual physicals or routine checkups. It's important to visit your primary care provider each year to track and support your health.

Psychiatry

Our psychiatric staff provides evaluation, education and medication management for a range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.
