Patient portal

One Chart | Patient is a secure online portal where you can:

• Ask your doctor questions
• Access parts of your medical record (e.g., immunizations)
• Pay bills and view billing statements
• Request follow-up appointments
• Request prescription renewals
• View test results

How to sign up

You will automatically receive an invitation after you schedule your first appointment.

Only students age 19 or older, or students age 18 with a Power of Attorney form on file at the health center, will receive an invitation to sign up. Due to Nebraska's age-of-majority law, students age 17 or younger, or age 18 without a Power of Attorney form on file, are not eligible to enroll.
