Lindsey Appleby

Lindsey says, it was through her capstone course, Philanthropy: Learning to Give, that she realized she could make a difference at UNK. Her small group worked with numerous non-profit organizations across Buffalo County to help them provide solutions to problems communities face. Her study abroad experience to Milan opened her eyes to the international world and a whole new way of life and culture. She says the lessons learned better prepared her for the real-world that lies ahead after graduation.
