UNK’s online Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Comprehensive - Management Emphasis equips students with the knowledge and skills to manage projects and people effectively and efficiently. Experiential learning and industry-focused faculty provide preparation for the changing global economy. Graduates of this program often find jobs as human resource management specialists (e.g., recruiter, trainer, payroll manager, safety specialist, etc.), health care managers, operations managers, customer service representatives, project managers, small business managers, or entrepreneurs. In fact, over 90% of recent graduates who were surveyed reported that they had found a full-time job in-field or that they had enrolled in graduate school. UNK business programs are accredited by AACSB International, the highest standard of achievement for business schools worldwide.

This online degree program includes a comprehensive major with 35 major core credit hours and 21 management emphasis credit hours. Core courses are offered each semester, with emphasis courses offered concurrently on a rotating basis.
