The Intergenerational Bonding Program

This study aims to investigate the psychological, cognitive and communicative effects of an intervention based on an Intergenerational Bonding Program (IGB) between younger and older adults.

The IGB program is a research project to explore the cognitive and communication effects of socialization on older adults and psychosocial effects of socialization on older and younger adults. This research study provides both younger and older adults an opportunity to socially interact and bond. Participants should have access to a device with internet and be interested to commit to the whole program for 6 weeks, twice a week. All bonding sessions will take place via Zoom (a virtual/videochat forum). Participants will receive a $15 thank you gift card after the completion of the program.
