The University of Nebraska at Kearney Affirmative Action Plan is designed and developed to evaluate the results of the good faith efforts of the University of Nebraska at Kearney to meet the spirit as well as the letter of affirmative action and equal opportunity law. The University's Affirmative Action Plan follows the format specified by the regulations issued by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).
