Alpha Omicron Pi has had an exciting couple of months! We kicked off February with our Founders Day Celebration and a leadership retreat. Throughout February and March we had many COB events, and we just welcomed five new members into AOII! We have had lots of sisterhood events to get to know our new sisters and can’t wait to keep making memories with everyone. We had function in March, and we are looking forward to our Rose Formal. AOII also collaborated with PIKE for Pie a Pie, in support of members in our chapters. At the end of April, we have our philanthropy, Smoke Out Arthritis, in support of the Arthritis Foundation, and we are all so excited! We have all been loving the spring vibes, and the ladies of AOII are looking forward to the rest of the semester!
The ladies of Alpha Phi have been so busy! In February, our Executive team went to the Alpha Phi Exec conference in Denver, Colorado, where they learned valuable information to help improve our chapter. We have had many sisterhood events like pop-up boutiques, coffee trucks, movie nights, and a Valentine's Day event. Alpha Phi also hosted the “Alpha Phi Masters,” which was the theme for our spring function. We recently completed our 19th annual Red Dress Pitch and Poker Tournament. We raised over $7,000 for the Alpha Phi Foundation, which supports women's heart health research! Alpha Phi has also been busy with continuous open bidding and has been able to welcome seven new members home! This semester is already flying by, and we cannot wait to see what the rest brings!
The Women of Alpha Xi Delta had a busy but fun February and March! We started off the month with four COB events, the last one being in the first week of March! Throughout those events, we gained six new members! During this time, our sisterhood events began, and we also had our disco/neon themed function! In March, we had our spring bid day, themed the perfect pick bouquet making, and even more sisterhood events! Spring break was a chance for our sisters to go see their families and travel. Four of our sisters enjoyed their week in Mexico! The last weeks of March it was our busiest time! We had our spring philanthropy event, Xingo Bingo, our Kentucky Derby formal, and family day in one week. Looking forward, we have our sisterhood retreat, initiation for our new members, and more sisterhood events!
Gamma Phi Beta has had a jam-packed and fun-filled February and March! We hosted a fun mixer with Alpha Phi, where we made charm bracelets and bonded with our Panhellenic sisters. For a sisterhood event, we stayed active through a pilates dance cardio workout class. In February, we also had our Las Vegas-themed function, which was filled with fun decorations and unforgettable memories. We had an amazing Mom’s Day, celebrating the incredible women who support us every step of the way. Over spring break, many of our sisters enjoyed trips and relaxation before coming back refreshed for the rest of the semester. We were also thrilled to welcome two incredible new members through the COB process! Looking ahead, we have started fundraising for our annual pancake feed on April 2nd, with all proceeds going to our philanthropy, Girls on the Run. We’re also very excited for our formal coming up on April 5th. With so much happening in both the past and upcoming months, we are grateful for the strong sisterhood that makes Gamma Phi Beta so special!
