Intern Guest Housing Information

The UNK Office of Residence Life provides housing to individuals completing their internship or clinical rotation in the Kearney Community. Intern housing is available at all times throughout the year, on both a long-term and short-term basis. Room type is based on need and availability, which may be limited, especially during the academic year.

Guest Housing Policies:

Guests are expected to abide by the UNK Student Code of Conduct and the UNK Housing Policies.  Prior to arrival guests are expected to sign and return the Guest Housing Policies Agreement Form which will be emailed to the guest and must be returned to our office prior to the guests arrival

Reservation:

To make a reservation, please complete the Intern Housing Reservation Form

Access to building and room:

Upon check-in, guests will receive a key to their room, and a building access card.  Guests are responsible for the keys and cards checked out to them.

Price: The 2020-2021 Academic Year Guest Housing rate is $23 per night.  Payment must be made prior to moving in.  Guests will receive an invoice that will include a link to our online payment system.

Intern Housing Accommodations include:

  • Occupancy with a private room in CTW or CTE but guests will share a bathroom
  • A MicroFridge
  • Access to high speed wireless internet
  • Access to in hall laundry facilities
  • Access to mail services (for extended stay guests)

Available: May 1, 2021 to August 8, 2021

Price: The 2020-2021 Academic Year Guest Housing rate is $23 per night.  Payment must be made prior to moving in.  Guests will receive an invoice that will include a link to our online payment system.

  • An apartment style suite within Antelope or Nester Halls
  • Kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, sink, and cabinets
  • Furnished living room area
  • Private bedroom for each guest with a Twin XL bed, desk, chair and dresser
  • Private bathrooms cleaned by UNK staff
  • Access to high speed wireless internet
  • Access to in hall laundry facilities
  • Access to mail services (for extended stay guests)
