If your group is looking to host a banquet, a speaker where you need a large gathering room or looking to have a space where you can have a central meeting space and break out rooms. This space can be divided into five individual rooms. This space has moveable seating with chairs and tables.
This multipurpose room has moveable seating and tables to fit most configurations. This space also has a Close Loop System.
These spaces have an amazing view of Cope Stadium and Foster Field. These spaces have moveable seating and tables. These spaces have individual bathrooms in each room and has a serving galley between the two rooms They can be connected to move back and forth or closed off for your needs.
The Sandhills room is perfect for smaller groups needing flexible arrangements. This space has view down the main walkway towards Cope Fountain. It includes an individual bathroom and coat closet.
A newer addition to the Student Union, this space is enclosed with glass walls and has moveable furniture. If you are looking for an open space where group member can gather in between sessions, the glass walls can be moved.
This allows for groups to meet and collaborate. It includes low and high seating arrangements and has a glass marker board.
