The Unmatched filter allows advisors to identify courses that a student has taken or attempted and does not satisfy a degree requirement.
The search criteria includes:
Number or unmatched courses/credits in plan: These are courses/credits that do not apply to a student's degree requirements.
Registered status: Identify unmatched courses that are registered, planned or both.
Specific course in plan: Identify one or more specific unmatched courses.
Semester: Identify unmatched courses by current, previous or all semesters. Previous semesters go back to Spring 2021.
Audit Version: Identify unmatched courses in Official or Planned audits, or both.
Unmatched reasons: Search by reasoning for course being Unmatched.
Search course enrollment level: Student career, undergrad, graduate etc.
A common reasons a course is unmatched is if the course was withdrawn or failed, or retaken.
Other reasons a course may be categorized as "Unmatched" is when a student is currently enrolled in a course at UNL or UNO, when that course is completed it will relocated to the "120 overall credits" section of a student't degree audit. Additionally, if a student has repeated a course more times than accepted. Stellic will place the over repeated course in the Unmatched section of a student's degree audit.


Audit Grade Option:The course was audited and not completed for credit.
Plancourse Pass Fail: Not used at UNK
Taken Without Grade: Grade is not provided after a grading period. It is rare for any student to return with this search.
*Grade Does Not Apply: Course does not fulfill any degree requirements.
Course is Antireq: Not used at UNK
*Repeated Course: Course is unmatched as it has been repeated by the student. Repeated course policy.
*Course Withdrawn: Stellic with place courses a student withdrew in the Unmatched section of the degree audit.
