  • Manage the ELI program

Dr. Vu holds a Ph.D. in English and an M.A. in TESOL and Applied Linguistics from Southern Illinois University (SIU), U.S.A. She is a dedicated and innovative educator with over 20 years of experience in English language instruction, curriculum design, and classroom implementation.

Her work emphasizes integrating emerging technologies—such as artificial intelligence, game-based learning, and adaptive learning—into English language education. She led the development of two web-based ESL/EFL learning platforms and a speaking practice app, all aimed at making language learning more engaging, effective, and accessible.

Dr. Vu specializes in designing learner-centered curricula and interactive classroom activities that foster language development and critical thinking. She also conducts professional development workshops for educators, sharing practical strategies to enhance teaching and student engagement in diverse learning environments.
