Biography
Kim is an Assistant Professor in the Kinesiology and Sport Sciences Department at the University of Nebraska Kearney. She graduated in May 2025 with her PhD in Educational Psychology from the University of North Texas. She has her M.S. in Kinesiology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Her bachelor's degree is from Coastal Carolina University in Psychology. Her research interests include coaching and sport psychology, specifically coach education, youth sport, and perceptions of sport psychology. She is a member of the Association for Applied Sport Psychology and serves on the Student Development Committee. She is also a journal reviewer for the Journal for Advancing Sport Psychology Research.
