Loper Programming and Activities Council – everyone calls it LPAC (“L-pack”) – is run by students. Our purpose is to plan and administer educational activities for the university community, in order to contribute to a more well-rounded social, recreational, and cultural life.

LPAC events range from famous hypnotist Jim Wand, to concerts with performances by Kelli Pickler, All-American Rejects, Secondhand Serenade, Karmin, and Scotty McCreery.

LPAC is also in charge of many annual events and campus traditions that UNK students enjoy such as Blue and Gold Day, Fame Talent Show, Lip-Sync competition, Family Day, Homecoming, and the Fun 5K. Membership in LPAC is open to any student who wants to be involved. We meet Thursdays at 5 p.m. in the Nebraskan Student Union.
