Transfer Student Information

Do you have questions about whether certain courses will transfer to UNK? Or are you wanting to take a course at another institution, but aren't sure what will transfer back to UNK? These pages will answer your questions on transferring courses to UNK.

Transfer Policies and Procedures
Explains general UNK transfer policies such as the total number of hours that will transfer, the types of courses that will transfer, and also information about applying to UNK. Transfer Day is a half-day morning orientation for Transfer Students. Students must be admitted to UNK and must also register to attend a Transfer Day. There is a Transfer Day in December for students transferring to UNK in the spring. There are Transfer Days in April, May, June, and July for students transferring in the fall. To register for a Transfer Day, log in to MyBLUE and fill out the registration form located under the Admissions tab.  If you need help signing up for a Transfer Day, please call the UNK Admissions Office at 1-800-KEARNEY.
