Student Health

Student Health is a campus medical clinic that offers medical care to currently enrolled students.  Student Health is a walk-in clinic located in the Memorial Student Affairs Building. Students taking seven or more on-campus credit hours automatically pay the Student Health & Counseling Fee for services.

Students enrolled in less than seven credit hours may become eligible for care by paying the semester Student Health & Counseling Fee.

To complete your Pre-Enrollment Health Form, go to your MyBlue account, Profile section and select Immunizations for instructions.

We welcome walk-ins at any time during regular clinic hours.

What kind of health care is offered?

We provide examinations to evaluate for a wide variety of health issues and can offer vaccinations, simple procedures, physicals, administer medications, and provide basic laboratory services to diagnose illnesses or offer treatments.

How do I make an appointment?

You can walk-in without an appointment during regular clinic hours.  If you would like to schedule a specific time, call 865-8218 to make your appointment. Or, use our UNK Student Health Online Appointment Request form.  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call. Missed appointments or appointments canceled or rescheduled without at least 24 hours' prior notice will result in a $25 charge.
