Located in the northern section of the Health & Sports Center, the Cushing Center at UNK houses several facilities for students to use for recreational purposes.
The Cushing Center offers students and faculty members a swimming pool, a weight room; used mainly by students who are not in an athletic program, the Field House; a large indoor multipurpose room with 9 basketball courts and an indoor track, the smaller HPER gym; a smaller room with basketball floor and several basketball hoops, and 4 racquetball courts.
