donnamontgomery1

I am an associate professor of Teacher Education in the Special Education Program. I am also the Coordinator of the Online Certification Program in Mild/Moderate K-6 & 7-12.

My areas of interest include assistive technology, assessment, writing disabilities, and attention disorders.

My two top goals are:

  1. to ensure that every teacher who is teaching in special education holds the appropriate certification in special education and
  2. to increase awareness of instructional techniques that are appropriate for all children who are struggling, regardless of their label.
