Donna J. Montgomery - SPED Associate Professor
I am an associate professor of Teacher Education in the Special Education Program. I am also the Coordinator of the Online Certification Program in Mild/Moderate K-6 & 7-12.
My areas of interest include assistive technology, assessment, writing disabilities, and attention disorders.
My two top goals are:
- to ensure that every teacher who is teaching in special education holds the appropriate certification in special education and
- to increase awareness of instructional techniques that are appropriate for all children who are struggling, regardless of their label.
