Dr.
Cruzeiro came to the University of Nebraska at Kearney in the fall of 2004. Her
assignments at UNK have included Supervision of Instruction, Curriculum Development,
Social Foundations, School Business Management, The Principalship, Introduction
to EDAD, Internships, and the Field Study. As of August 2007, Cruzeiro accepted
the responsibilities of Chair of the EDAD Department.
Prior to
2004, Dr. Cruzeiro was a faculty member at Chadron State College, Nebraska,
where she was Professor of Educational Administration and Chair of the
Education Department. As a CSC educator, Cruzeiro had been the Director of
Field Experiences and served as the coordinator of the Entry Year Assistance
Program, a mentoring program for beginning teachers. Her assignments had been
in the area of educational administration and supervision of student teachers.
