Student teachers attend a seminar early in their student teaching semester, where they receive information to apply for their Nebraska teaching certificate. After commencement, the information is forwarded to the Nebraska Department of Education and their teaching certificate is sent directly to the student.
Requests for additional endorsements, provisional endorsements, renewal of teaching certificates, and verification forms for out-of-state certification, should be sent to the KASE Office. Print the Request for Institutional Verification form and fax (308) 865-8854 or mail to:
