Annual Communication Day

THE UNK DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNICATION IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE HONOR SOCIETY-LAMBDA PI ETA PRESENTS

The 7th Annual Communication Day
April 19, 2019

Communication Day in the Department of Communication at UNK is a day set aside annually to celebrate and showcase what we as a department have to offer to the University of NE Kearney and the larger community. The day is marked by presentations from faculty and students on current projects and research. A tradition that has continued over the years is to bring back to campus alumni from the programs who are scattered all over the world doing remarkable things in their communities. Alumni are in various extended careers because of the skills and knowledge obtained at UNK as graduates of the communication programs. Bringing back alumni from the program helps to excite current students on what they can do with their degree in communication.

The purpose of the day-long event is to showcase what the Department of Communication has to offer and to bring back alumni from the program to share with current and future students on what they can do with a degree in Communication. Come join us. Below is the program of events for this year’s Communication Day:
