  • "I've grown to appreciate every professor, even though they can be rigorous. They do give positive criticism and constructivism. You are going to get a great experience. You are going to get a great education. And that is only possible at one of the best universities in the country: the University of Nebraska at Kearney."

  • "UNK just offers that ability to take what you're learning and apply it in your life, in your career. If you go somewhere else that is online but is not asynchronous, you're not able to work full time or take care of your kids or go do your activities because you do have a set schedule, and there's a lot of expectations. UNK sets that expectation, but also helps you accomplish it in coordination with a lifestyle."

    Kendra Smallwood

    Speech-Language Pathology M.S.Ed.

  • "Everything that I have learned within my classes, it’s all very pertinent information; I’m able to apply all of it. Even with being online, I’m still getting that valuable information that I was in-person. If you want to walk out feeling confident and really competent in the area of communication disorders, the professors are here, the content is here, and you will be able to succeed in that."
