The Remaining filter identifies students based on their remaining credits or requirements.
The search criteria includes: Number or range of requirements remaining, Number or range of credits remaining, Specific courses remaining, Specific requirement, Audit Version, Program level.

Number of requirements remaining: Here advisors can enter in a number or a range (2-4 or <>) of remaining requirements and or credits. 
Specific courses remaining: Allows advisors to search a course and identify students that have that specific course as a remaining requirement.
Specific requirement: Allows advisors to identify students with remaining requirements. Requirement categories include, Undergraduate Graduation requirements, College level CASC, CBT, COE, and program specific requirements.
Example, Seniors that have yet to complete 120 overall hours.

Students with less than a 2.5 GPA in the BS Biology Comprehensive program, on the 2025 catalog year.

Audit version: Official or Planned. Official is the default search option.
Program level: Student career, Undergrad, Graduate.
Tip: For departments & advisors to get a quick view of students with remaining credits, combine the search criteria from the remaining filter, with criteria from the Programs filter.
For example: Political Science BA students with >3 credits remaining in that program.
