Team up to tackle an exciting escape room challenge by cracking codes and deciphering complex puzzles! Can you crack these clues?

Bricks become beasts and builders become explorers! Using LEGO bricks, you will design your own animals and build the systems that help them survive. From creating predators and prey to building food chains that include decomposers, every concept comes to life through hands-on LEGO builds. See how all living things connect—one brick at a time—in this creative LEGO adventure!

Explore the Museum of Nebraska Art! Participate in interactive gallery activities, closely observe art by Nebraska’s most famous artists, and create projects in the community studio inspired by the artwork on display. Each day experiment with new materials – like printmaking and mixed media – while discovering all the museum has to offer! Note: This class is offered at MONA from 9:15am - 12:15pm. You are responsible for drop-off and pick-up at this alternative camp location.

In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll create holiday-inspired recipes and crafts inspired by your favorite celebrations. From spooky Halloween snacks to patriotic summer bites you’ll mix, measure, and master festive flavors! Note: This camp is not recommended for kids with food allergies.

Whether you’re new to D&D or have played before, you’ll find exciting challenges and adventures waiting for you!

Learn how volcanoes form, what causes eruptions, and all about the earth's layers and plate tectonics. Through interactive experiments like making your own slime magma, testing lava flow, and building your own volcano, this class is sure to be explosive!

Inspired by creators like Dude Perfect, MrBeast, and Jazza, you’ll take on trick shot competitions, bold STEM builds, creative art challenges, and exciting science experiments. You’ll also explore what makes your favorite creators stand out—from big ideas to smart branding—while working as a team to tackle epic challenges.

Discover the colorful world of mosaics while creating art one piece at a time! Students will explore paper mosaics, painted mosaics, and functional art like decorative steppingstones and planters. Along the way, we will learn about mosaic traditions from around the world while experimenting with texture, pattern, and design. Artists will leave with multiple vibrant creations that are uniquely their own!

Experience the thrill of the chase as you track hurricanes, hunt down tornadoes, and uncover how powerful storms form and evolve. You’ll analyze real weather patterns to predict developing systems, investigate lightning, air pressure, and cloud formation, and test tools like anemometers and barometers to measure the forces at work. Through storm-chasing simulations and even creating your own stormy slime, you’ll build the skills and knowledge to be ready for the next big chase.
Students in grade 5-6 can also choose the Performing Arts Academy.
