Calling all animal lovers! Become a pet hero for your furry friends. Learn the basics of pet care - from feeding and grooming to playtime and safety. Design adopt-a-pet posters, create toys for your favorite pet, make homemade dog treats, and learn how to run your own vet clinic! From fluffy to scaly, discover how to keep pets happy, healthy, and loved.

Blast off on a week of out-of-this-world fun! Explore outer space, discover planets, stars, and real NASA discoveries, and go on fun astronaut missions. Make planet models, learn about constellations and their amazing stories, and take part in a space scavenger hunt on campus. End the week at UNK’s planetarium, where the stars come to life right before your eyes!

Travel through the amazing rainforest and explore all four layers—from the dark forest floor to the high canopy where monkeys swing! Make colorful masks as you learn about toucans and macaws, discover the creatures that crawl on the forest floor, and dive into the rivers to meet pink river dolphins and maybe even a Nile crocodile. Each day is full of hands-on art, fun discoveries, and colorful creations!

Unleash your creativity—and your appetite! This class blends art, imagination, and delicious fun into one colorful, munchable experience! From creating trail mix mandalas, making pancake portraits, fruity animal toast, to painting with skittles, this class will take your imagination to the next level while filling your belly! Note: this class is not recommended for kids with food allergies.

Learn to pitch a tent, tell campfire stories, make your own binoculars, study animal footprints, take nature walks, and treat yourself to tasty s'mores! Each day will be filled with exciting activities and cool crafts inspired by the great outdoors.

Construct towering skyscrapers, sturdy bridges, soaring paper airplanes, floating boats, and twisty marble mazes. Every day is packed with hands-on building, problem-solving, and projects you get to bring to life!

Let art be your guide as you travel the world exploring famous sculptures! Learn the history behind these 3D World Wonders and then bring your own mini monuments to life! Make torches inspired by the Statue of Liberty, masks in honor of the Easter Island statues, and use clay to build ancient temple guardian figures. From flat to fab, doodles to dimensions, let your creativity stand tall!

Buzz into the world of bees! You’ll discover how bees live, work, and help our planet while exploring pollination, building honeycomb structures, and creating bee-mazing crafts. Travel back in time to the age of dinosaurs! Dig for fossils, hatch dinosaur eggs, track giant dinos, and build habitats just like a real paleontologist. Experiment with erupting volcanoes, take on dino-sized challenges, and uncover amazing discoveries millions of years in the making. Get ready for roaring fun, hands-on adventure, and T-rex sized excitement!

In this active camp, you’ll try fun moves like Zumba, kickboxing, yoga, and aerobics, while practicing self-control, building confidence, and learning perseverance! Through games, team-building challenges, and daily activities like relays, crafts, and choreography, you’ll be ready to calm your mind while moving your body!

Get ready for a splash-tastic adventure all about water! You’ll create crayon-and-water art, race through water relays, explore chromatography, and build simple reaction contraptions. This hands-on class is overflowing with watery fun, colorful experiments, and plenty of chances to make a splash!

Calling all Earth Explorers! Take off on a week of hands-on missions to uncover the secrets of our planet, exploring layers of the Earth, creating your own clouds, making a “seed bomb” to help pollinators, and harnessing the power of the sun. All week, you’ll build and add to your very own Papier-mâché Earth, bringing it to life as you discover and celebrate the amazing wonders of our planet!

In this high-energy, imagination-packed class, become a Lego master as you explore exciting design challenges, build your own inventions, and bring your creative ideas to life – piece by piece! From towering skyscrapers to fantasy worlds, every day is packed with activities to build big and dream even bigger.
