Complete the big 3 lifts (bench, squat, and deadlift) for a combined total of 1,000 lbs for male participants and 500lbs for females. Attempt all 3 lifts and if completed successfully, you will have earned the title of one of UNK's Iron Lopers
Must pre-register, no walk-ups. Register at RecWell.unk.edu
