Bio
Dr. Sklyer Leonhardt has industry experience as a Data Analyst for B2B Software, an Entrepreneurial Research Statistician, and a B2B Real Estate Services Representative. He has been an Assistant Professor for the Department of Marketing at the University of Nebraska at Kearney since August 2025.
Dr. Leonhardt’s research interests include how language, cognition, and individual difference factors influence salesforce behaviors and performance across various contexts, including entrepreneurial ventures and business-to-business sales.

How would you describe your teaching style?
My teaching style has a primary focus of equipping students with practical business skills through practice and real-world application. My goal is for each student to come away with not just theoretical understanding but, more importantly, with tangible skills that will help in their future careers.

Be prepared to apply what you learn through hands-on application. Act professionally and stay engaged throughout the semester.
