Tommy France is the recipient of the 2016 Kirlin Project Manager of the Year for his work at the McConnell Air Force Base Dental Clinic and at the Munson Army Health Center. He worked as a Project Manager for Kirlin Builders, LLC from 2014-2018, Senior Estimating Engineer for JE Dunn Construction from 2018-2022, and Preconstruction Lead for MCL Construction from 2022-2025.

How would you describe your teaching style?
My teaching style will feature many real-world applications to include guest speakers, working with business in the local community, and activities to help students communicate effectively. Due to my many years in the industry, I will bring a unique perspective to the classroom which will show students the connection between what they are learning and what they will experience in their future careers.
What do students need to know to be successful in your classroom?
Students not only need to participate in class in order to know the subject matter, but it will be helpful if they take advantage of leadership opportunities.
