Biography
I am a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where I completed both my undergraduate and graduate degrees. I earned my graduate degree through the Kinesiology and Sports Science program and graduated in 2023. Before attending UNK, I attended College of the Siskiyous, where I played baseball for two years, and then completed my degree at Shasta College.
Professionally, I have several years of experience managing a gym and working as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I also worked for several years as a Student Recruitment Specialist at Doane University. I’m excited to bring my experiences in fitness, higher education, and student recruitment to my role within the College of Education.
Outside of work, I enjoy running, exercising, and spending time outdoors. A fun fact about me is that I was born and raised in the small town of Weed in Northern California.
