Add a BIS endorsement to your certificate
Learn to assess student behavioral and emotional disorders, learning disabilities and intervention approaches with an online Special Education Behavior Intervention Specialist (BIS) Supplemental Endorsement. This program is designed for teachers who currently have an initial teaching certificate and wish to add this supplemental endorsement to their certificate.
The program meets the endorsement requirements for certification in the state of Nebraska. Students pursuing certification in other states must check with their State Department of Education for certification requirements. Students who do not hold a Special Education endorsement will be required to take additional courses.
Prerequisites: Teacher certification in any discipline.
